Gaia/Rosman Waterline & Sewer line Extension & Sewer Pump Station

Transylvania County, North Carolina

High Country Engineering has supported Transylvania County on an ARPA‑( American Rescue Plan Act) funded infrastructure project to expand the Town of Rosman’s water and sewer system. The improvements allowed Gaia Herbs to connect to the public system and decommission their failing on‑site sewer facilities, while also providing critical utility capacity for future development. The project included approximately 3 miles of 6‑inch sewer force main, 3 miles of 12‑inch water main, and a new sewer pump station. The work also included all required permitting and easement acquisition.
