FAQ
What types of projects does HCE typically take on?

We focus on municipal infrastructure, commercial sites, residential communities, educational facilities, and other public or private developments. Our work ranges from water and sewer improvements to site design, stormwater systems, roadway and sidewalk projects, and large‑scale planning efforts.

Do you take on small residential or homeowner projects?

Our firm is structured to support municipal, commercial, and institutional clients, as well as larger residential developments. While we occasionally assist with smaller projects, such as sidewalk improvements or utility extensions, we generally do not take on single‑lot or minor backyard projects.

How do I know if my project is a good fit?

If your project involves public utilities, site development, stormwater design, roadway or sidewalk improvements, or multi‑lot residential or commercial work, we’re likely a good match. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out with a brief description of your project’s scope and location.
